What a beautiful and heartfelt moment for the Puerto Ricans present |
Guatemalan artist Ricardo Arjona returned to Amway Center closing out his 2017 USA tour, A Solas con el Circo Soledad that derived from his latest album. Although it was only the second time Arjona had performed in Central Florida, his first concert in 2015, it was a sell-out with an arena filled with diverse fans.
A two hour long concert that included songs from his recent album as well as his most popular songs from his extensive repertoire – “Ella”, “El Problema”, “Sin Daños a Terceros”, “Señora de las Cuatro Décadas”, “Minutos”, “Mujeres”, “Si el Norte Fuera el Sur”, “Cuándo”, “Dime que No”, “Como Duele” among others. Although Arjona’s songs are more ballad-oriented where he successfully carries out racism, love, and immigration, he did manage a tropical tune in his interpretation of “Historia de Taxi”.
Arjona continues his 2017 tour now in Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, and then in 2018 in Costa Rica and then back to the states to finish off in California. For tour information, go here.
And once again, a surreal stage set up depicting exactly the tour theme by incorporating clowns, acrobats, props, and jugglers. It was so easy to forget everything going on around us and be totally mesmerized once again by the one and only Ricardo Arjona.
