As the Fourth of July approaches, Florida launches Freedom Week, its sales tax holiday applicable towards tickets purchased for events occurring July 1 through December 31, 2021, including concerts, sports and museums. The sales tax holiday runs one week only from July 1 – July 7.
Ticket purchases to the following Amway Center and Camping World Stadium events are subject to Florida’s Freedom Week sales tax savings. Tickets are available in person at Amway Center box office and online at Ticketmaster.com. During the Ticketmaster purchase experience, fans will not see the tax exemption during the transaction process; instead, it will be in the form of a refund and appear on the purchaser’s credit card statement as a deduction. Beginning July 1, Ticketmaster.com will have additional information available regarding Freedom Week purchases.
