CNCO and Prince Royce top Latin American Music Awards' winners

It is a wrap up for the third annual Latin American Music Awards (LatinAMAs) that took place tonight at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. The night shined bright for bachata artist Prince Royce and the Latin all boy band CNCO who were top recipients with four awards. Spaniard pop/ballad singer Enrique Iglesias followed closely winning three awards.

In addition to the designated award categories, two other awards were presented. The Dick Clark Achievement Award recipient was Pitbull, and chosen by fans during the award show for the Celebrity of the Night Award was Camila Ceballo.

It will be televised live on Telemundo from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California starting at 8 p.m. with the celebrity Latin AMAs red carpet (Alfombra de Latin AMAs) followed by the award show.

This year Shakira took the lead with nine nominations, followed by Maluma with eight, while Luis Fonsi, Nicky Jam, Prince Royce, Daddy Yankee, Enrique Iglesias, and Romeo Santos garnered five nods each.
