The renowned El Caballero de la Salsa, Gilberto Santa Rosa will be honored with the iHeartRadio Corazón Latino Award presented by State Farm. The award recognition is for Gilberto's extraordinary contributions to Latin music.
With a career spanning more than four decades, he has become one of the most influential and beloved figures in the salsa genre. From his early work with Puerto Rican orchestras to his breakout success as a solo artist, Santa Rosa has consistently pushed the boundaries of salsa, winning numerous awards including Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards. His timeless hits such as “Conciencia,” “Que Manera de Quererte,” “Perdoname,” “Vivir Sin Ella,” “Conteo Regresivo,” just to name a few have resonated across generations.
The iHeart⁴rRadio Corazón Latino Award celebrates not only his unmatched vocal talent and career trajectory, but also his enduring role in shaping the sound and soul of salsa music around the world. The award will be presented to Gilberto Santa Rosa during the 12th annual iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina to be held Saturday October 25, 2025 in Miami, FL.

The 2023 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina returns to Miami, Florida at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 21 starting at 8:00 p.m. It will mark the 10th year of the concert that celebrates the power of Latin music in popular culture.
This year as it's customary with a star-studded slate of performances featuring Olga Tanon, Ricardo Montaner, Fonseca, Yandel, Servando y Florentino, Luis Figueroa, GALE, Menudo and iHeartRadio Corazón Award recipient Chayanne. Enrique Santos will once again host the tenth annual event.
In addition to performing, Chayanne will receive the iHeartRadio Corazón Latino Award, which honors an individual who exemplifies their big heart through their selfless work enhancing the lives of the Latin community and beyond. Chayanne, a world renowned Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, TV star and actor, has solidified his success with more than 50 million albums sold, sold-out tours and hundreds of music industry awards.
Outside of music, Chayanne uses his voice to shine a light on organizations he is passionate about. He was a spokesperson for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and has been involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Nations Human Rights for Climate Change, Women Refugees Commission, Heroes Por la Vida, campaign promoting the importance of being an organ donor, and Teleton in Mexico, Chile and the U.S.
Additionally, he is an active member of the cabinet for the American Red Cross, from whom he received the Crystal Cross Award in 2018. Chayanne has also participated in the American Red Cross’ 100 Days of Summer campaign since 2014 to encourage the Latin community to donate blood.

Y Marc Anthony sigue acumulando trofeos. El afamado salsero de los pasados años fue honrado con el Premio iHeartRadio Corazón de 2018 este pasado sábado 3 de noviembre en la ciudad de Miami en la Florida.
Anthony recibió el trofeo de las manos de su gran amigo y hermano, el locutor de iHeartRadio Miami y el anfitrión de la noche Enrique Santos. El reconocimiento es muy merecido por sus infinidad de logros y sus obras humanitarias que van mas allá de su carrera en la música y en la actuación.

Antes de la entrega, Santos dio un breve discurso de los logros de Marc Anthony a través de su Fundación Maestro Cares cuyo objetivo es mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños huérfanos y desfavorecidos en América Latina y los Estados Unidos. La fundación ha ayudado a miles de niños en Colombia, República Dominicana, México, Puerto Rico, y los Estados Unidos. It was a special evening for the Puerto Rican superstar Ricky Martin during the fourth iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina: Celebrating Our Heroes held this past Saturday, Nov. 4 in Miami, Florida. Martin who kicked off the four hour long Latin fiesta was honored with theiHeartRadio Premio Corazón Latino Award - the special award honors an individual that exemplifies their big heart through their selfless work in enhancing the lives, heritage and future of the Latin community.
Ricky Martin received the award for his support following Hurricane Maria and his constant work throughout the years with human trafficking and The Ricky Martin Foundation. But just before the heart shaped award was presented to Martin by Enrique Santos, he gave an phenomenal performance featuring a spectacular mix of his most recent hits - "Mordidita," "Gracias Por Pensar En Mi," and "Vente Pa Ca."
After Martin graciously accepted the award, he stated "I've been working for a long time fighting human trafficking, but obviously, I am focused on what I need to be focused on today, which is Puerto Rico, which is my people, which is ... we were hit, and we were hit really, really bad. And ladies and gentlemen, I have to thank you, because if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be able to do what I did. And everyone here and around the world has given me $5 here, $10 there, and with the money you've given me, I've been able to bring food to Puerto Rico, water, medicine, and anything that is needed nowadays.This is a long commitment. This is only the beginning." Congrats Ricky Martin and thank you for your humanitarian heart!
The fourth annual iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina: Celebrating Our Heroes, celebrated the best in Latin music this past Saturday, November 4 at the AmericanAirlines Arena in downtown Miami, Florida.
